I get 1 -2 EVERY YEAR the weather changes from snow then to sun!!!! Fortunately for me we havent gotten snow so I havent gotten one yet, we will see when Summer rolls around tho! I use abreva only becuase nothjng else works for me ive had these since i was a young kiddo and some home remedies sometimes make it worse!!

@kayydoll95, I have woken up with them before its the worst feeling like surprise!!!! Just keep some ice and abreva on it! the ice helps slow down the virus, swelling and discomfort!

I put lysine on mine. It’s just like abreva. But a lot cheaper. I put it on several times a day.
Herpecin L, you can buy it at Wal-Mart. It does wonders for me if I put it on at first sight, it will be gone within 5 days depending on how big the cold sore is

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
