Okay everyone my husband has lost his mind, or so I think anyway...please tell me your opinion on what your Santa does. We were talking about Santa and in his, I’m going to die before I change my mind opinion, Santa brings presents to the kids at all the houses, meaning like if my mom or aunt gives my children presents, they are from Santa not that family member. Similar to if I give my cousin or niece a present it’s from Santa at my house. Now I grew up, Santa brings children presents in their home ONLY all other presents are from family members out of goodwill and kindness. I have more thoughts on the major CONs of his method, but I’ll save those for later.

Thanks everyone! I am surprised at the responses, it’s fun to hear others traditions.

We always grew up knowing the truth about Santa but my mom marked everything from Santa or whomever. It was just something fun. For us we will do the pictures but all the gift will be marked with Love from whoever was kind enough to get them. I want my children to use their imaginations but to learn how to appreciate people when they do something nice for them. It's hard. But we must do our best!

Santa only brings the stocking stuffers here, everything else is from us. When family gives my kids presents it's from said family member because why would Santa leave their presents at their great aunts house? Plus I dont wanna discredit those who bought them stuff.

My kids have smaller gifts from Santa at our home and both sets of grand parents homes. The rest of the gifts, especially larger ones, are from family members. My daughter loves knowing that Santa remembered her everywhere we will be celebrating Christmas. The way I see it is, let them enjoy the thought of Santa as long as possible. They’re only kids once.

They way I grew up was presents where both from parents and Santa in our house but when I went to grandparents they where from both santa and them. Other family members whre just from them.

But I do believe bigger presents should be from family/family members and smaller ones from Santa. Not sure if anyone seen this but someone posted this, and I intend on doing this.

We kinda do both. Santa brings presents to everyone's houses but there are less at the other people's houses. Like he may drop off one or two at their house and the rest are from that family member. Where at home, all the gifts are from Santa and we keep like one for each that we say is from us to them because I want them to know I wanted to give them something for Christmas as well❤️

Well the way I do it, Santa gives that one special gift at home, and the rest is from us and family.

Santa brings presents to every house my kids go to for Christmas. He'll bring presents to my fathers on Christmas Eve, to our house and my mothers house Christmas Day and possibly my sisters if we go there for Christmas dinner. For my 2yr old, Santa bring presents to his father's house as well.

I think my grandma did it once or twice for me when I was younger but we haven’t done that with my daughter. We tell her the gifts are from that family member.

When I was younger presents from Santa were only in my house. My grandparents lived 3 houses away, so when we went there, they'd have presents from them addressed to us.

I’d say it’s dependent on the ages of the children. I think younger kids won’t pay much attention to who the gifts are from because of the excitement of having presents. But kids who are old enough to understand and appreciate things more should know what’s from who

Transgender children So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are your thoughts on the matter? Do u think the parents are behind this? Idk because I haven't met the parents or children. I just think at 5 it's very young for children to really understand. What do u ladies think?

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
