This cracked me up. All of my boys just weren’t ready or interested until three despite my best efforts. I decided to wait until Kai turned 3 to even start. So for those of you with kids that aren’t trained yet, don’t beat yourselves up, kids will learn when they are ready.

I’ve started trying to encourage Kai to sit on the potty, asking him if he needs to go, and telling him that since he’s a big boy he should use toilet.

The other day I was changing his dirty diaper and told him he should try to poop in the potty next time. He got some sass and said “no mommy! Big boys poop in the potty. Kai poops in diapers.” 😂😂

He’s right of course but I am looking forward to the end of diapers in my house of dudes!

I created a potty training group on here I potty trained my now 11 month old in exactly 1 month. No he is no a genius. I was just determined to get him out of diapers. I woke up every 15-30 minutes to put my son on the potty. I Never yelled when he did have a accident. I just put him on his potty and told him that he is a big boy and big boys don't pee or poop in their diapers. I always clapped 👏 my hands when he did pee or poop in his potty . I don't give my son no sort of candy or stickers since he can choke. I rewarded when he was accident free for 1 month I purchased him a toy . Who would like to join my potty training group?

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

Mommas I need advice. Kynton gets a super bad rash when he poops. From one poop and maybe 45 seconds of him being in that diaper turns his butt bright red and blisters. We only use Huggies and Pampers diapers. Could it be disposables that do this? The gel stuff mixing with his poop that creates the rash?? And should I try a few cloths to see if it helps? Or what do I do. He poops at least 2 times if not sometimes more a day. And it puts him in agonising pain. His Drs said don't worry but his Booty is always red, bleeding and hurts him.

has anyone experienced a child who doesn't want to use the potty? My son fully understands the process of using the potty and knows when he has to go but he just doesn't want to use the potty. He loves diapers/pullups 😐. I have tried getting him his favorite underwear, a potty with one of his favorite characters, I've tried just sitting him on it with a book as well as reading the potty book. I even took a suggestion from our pediatrician to just put underwear on him without anything else so that when he had an accident it would be uncomfortable and encourage him to use the potty.... nope. He just pooped in them and didn't say a word until I smelled it... 😞
