Any vegan moms out there with advice for a first time mom~ to a beautiful very hungry Boy. I would love to get info/advicw from you in what you first started feeding when you started with solid foods for your infsnt and/or recipes you use for your own food intake. I'm mostly frugivore but trying to increase my protein intake as I'm almost back to my prepregnancy weight and can Not seem to put any weight on, not a complaint but I know I will only need more energy and strength to keep up w my newborn son!
