I'd try to find out the reason. Something must be bothering him..

you have feed him.... Gave him a warm bath.... Changed him.... Rocked him...... Messaged him...... Just throwing out ideas just on case...... I'm so sorry that you are dealing with the crying while your sleepy that's the worst.... Try playing some music
