Oooh if you get a target registry bag there is a coupon for $25 off $50 purchase of honest brand. So two big boxes for $25... plus if you do it when they have the gift card deal (they run it like every month) you will get a $10 gift card on top of it. Those diapers are pretty cute, but I also LOVE the target brand and their wipes and they are pretty cheap.

@quanandmelosmommyyy, hey you are not horrible!!! Really, a jumbo box of diapers and wipes and you are good to go. You can even order off Amazon for two day delivery. Bottles, you can get away with just a few at first, but I’m sure you will have time to get more :). And I doubt you’ll be doing any big trips right away, so a diaper bag isn’t really a huge necessity, you can even use a old backpack if needed. BUT with two showers, you will certainly get some of this AND if not, you can even order it from the hospital bed and it will be home before you are 💕.

@amysbabies, I still need more bottles , diapers and wipes . I have been slacking 😩. I also need to get a swing . I don’t even have a diaper bag yet . I am horrible .

@quanandmelosmommyyy, remember, you can always shop online if you run out of time. There are very very few things you truly need at first :).

I wanted to add- not everyone bought off my registry- but I truly used everything and got some things I never thought about. Only two things I did not use: a boppy cover for a different brand that didn’t fit mine and a crib bedding set- which I returned for a gift card because we used a sheet and my MIL made a blanket- which was never actually in the crib, just for looks and used for tummy time.

Yes! Especially because of the gift cards! I got more gift cards than gifts at my work baby shower last time. I had already had my regular shower and had a few gift cards from that, so I used those to buy all I needed—— with the registry discount! Remember you can add things to your registry in the store so you can get the discount on those last minute items. I don’t think we spent any of our money that last shopping trip and actually had some left on the gift card—- we used for Christmas ;)—— for her obviously.
