I’ll be 33 weeks pregnant tomorrow and I have been doing decent with taking my son on 2.5 mile walks several times a week but it’s getting so hot now (90-100s) and I’m not able to handle it as well. He doesn’t like shorter walks because we typically walk to the park and he gets to swing so shorter walks aren’t a great option. Any other thoughts on how to get some moderate activity with my toddler every day?
