A new fad?
Ok. I admit. I jumped on the apple cider vinegar bandwagon. Did it work? Sort of. More yes than no. I consumed it 1-2 times a day. Always before bed though. One shot glass full + a chaser of raw honey.
How'd it work? Eliminated my appetite for a solid 3-4 HOURS. So THAT'S how it got me started.
But then the effect seemed to wear off and it was making me feel nauseous.
Time for something new. Been reading all over the place about 1 tsp of baking soda + 1 cup of water + a few squeezes of lemon juice.
Ehhh. I'm not sold. Yet at least.
Anyone else give this one a go? If so....results?
