my mom's positive and my dad's negative and I'm negative.. currently pregnant with my first baby. but I know my dad is my real dad had a dna test when I was born

I'm rh - O- to be exact bith mybparents were O- and I had my first son in 2002. it took me 4 yrs to conceive again only to miscarry on my wedding day. I gained so much weight that it got in the way of ever having my rainbow baby. I then divorced 2 yrs later dropped a substantial amount of weight and in 2010 remarried and had my 2nd child in 2011. I again gained lots of weight and it took me 5 yrs and dropping 100 pounds to conceive my daughter is is due 9.9.16. weight does affect us and so does our rh factor. I never used contraceptives for they make me gain weight on top of already just looking at food and gaining 10 pounds. lots of luck and gods blessing on ur next baby

I freaked out because no one in my family is O I'm the only one. But when I went to school it made sense it's rare but it happens. If your dad is positive.. Then you might have another dad out there or.. Again switched at birth or they are both neg lol

And I do now remember the doctor telling me if my son is born negative, I won't need he shot but, because he was positive I needed it.

It took me 6 years I know the pain! Sometimes it takes a while for a baby again. My sister she got pregnant right away and then it took a year for her second. Your blood has nothing to do with conceiving.. I wish you luck Hun. I know the pain it causes. It's hard! Go see your primary and ask to see a fertility specialist but most won't see you unless you try for year

I called my OB/GYN so I can get a annual but, they don't do six month check ups, they do yearly, I have to wait until November /:

Don't be so upset. It's just a shot to help the baby from you having neg to change blood. If need be. There are a ton of people rh neg that are fine.

I just had my 3rd baby and I am rh-. Being obese might have influence on the trouble you are having. I heard it does make getting pregnant harder. Can you make an appt with your doctor for tests to rule some things out? @ashleynx94

My mom must not know her blood type them, or my dad has to be RH- then because, my mom said she has O blood, and doesn't know my dads, I forget what my dad said when he told me his blood type but, I know it didn't match mine because if it did I wouldn't be questioning. It sucks, I hate that I hate A- blood. My husbands blood is O+ mine is A- my son is A+

You can only be rh- if your mom or dad has negative blood.. If both your parents are positive.. Umm you might want to have a talk with your mom. You can't have positive and positive to make negative... Doesn't work that way.

Why can't I have a baby then?! It's really making me upset... I have had two miscarriages in the past. I had my son, at my six week check up, I got the mirenna IUD then, I got it taken out a little over a year later and it's been a little over & months and still nothing!

I got my shot with my first child but, I just haven't had a successful pregnancy. It sucks because nobody in my family that I know of is RH-, I'm not exactly sure what it mean.
