Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
Make your own breakfast! At what age do you think a child should be making their own breakfast? I have a 10 year old and I think he is perfectly capable of making himself breakfast. It doesn't take rocket science to put some waffles into the toaster, or microwave some pancakes. My husband insists that he needs to have breakfast made for him because if we left it up to him he wouldn't eat enough and it would take him forever.
so idk what to do im supposed to be moving out with my bf, baby daddy he is 14 yrs older then me and he has his niece that is 25 that lives with him and she has a daughter that's almost 6 but on day she was being stupid and told me that I might have her daughters dad closer then me then i though since then we have had lots of fights about it and he always says it's not his daughter but why would she say that and why would he have gotten so mad when i questioned him about it and every time he post pictures and stuff about her he puts my daughter i am honestly double thinking this if I should move or not im 22 and 6 months pregnant!?????
opinions please .. Kai has basically outgrown his moses basket so I was looking to get a crib until he's 6months and can go in his own room, some work colleagues have told my partner if he's outgrown the moses basket he might aswell be in his own room and to just get one of those sensors to put under his cot, I feel like he's too little to be in his own room though 🤔 what has everyone else done?
My son is one year old and i want him to go back and get use to sleeping in the crib I put him in the crib and all he does is cry and I spoke to his doctor and his doctor said let him cry like in 2 or 3 days he should get use to sleeping on his own has anyone try it ?

I moved my little guy at 7 weeks. The first night the battery on the monitor died so I woke up to him crying from allllll the way across the house. But he wasn't sweating or super worked up, so it was obvious I woke up as soon as he started really crying. We've all slept so much better since the move. The first few nights were hard on me bc I was glued to the monitor, but the anxiety passed pretty fast. We were going through the same thing. He would wake up every time one of us rolled over and rustled the sheets. He would wake us up when he pooped. He's been in there 4 weeks now. He started sleeping through the night as soon as we moved him (with the exception of week 8, pretty sure that was just a leap though). Just make sure the monitor is fully charged! ;-)

I moved my little girl to her crib a week ago. The first night I slept on the nursery floor lol but the second night on I slept in my room & we've all been sleeping better.

Yeah my guy has also been in his crib for 4 weeks. We put him in at 9 weeks. He sleeps a lot better too. He loves having the extra room to move around.

My little man has been in his own room in a regular crib since day one. During the day he sleeps in the swing or on the floor, but somewhere noisy and light (I have a 3 1/2 year old and a 12 year old too). At night he sleeps in his crib on his side with a rolled up blanket behind him. I've always had a problem with lying babies who cannot roll over on their backs.. If they puke they will choke because it'll go down their airway. There's a reason the first aid recovery position (for that exact reason) is to place people on their sides. That said, little man has never had a problem sleeping on his own. The first few nights I kept checking on him but that's normal and your nerves will ease :) good luck!!

We moved Audrey about 3 weeks ago (she's three months today) and it's been great. She sleeps way longer and we invested in a fancy monitor with a camera which has been wonderful. Last night she slept from 8:00 to 6:30 when I woke her up to feed because I was ready ?. It's been a good change for us.. She sleeps longer without hearing us snoring and tossing haha. I think she's more comfortable.

I will say, I always thought the video monitors were just a luxury, but last night it was really nice to be able to see him. I'm not sure what I was dreaming, but I woke up suddenly and thought I heard baby cries. Laid still for a second and it was just silence. So I started drifting and then again I could have sworn I heard cries, but coming from our living room and not the babies room. So I hit the button to turn the screen on and he was just soundly sleeping in his crib.... I felt crazy, but it was nice to have that reassurance. Instead of grabbing the gun and racing through the house thinking someone was taking my baby :-X

We have partially transitioned over. At 8 weeks we decided to try it since she sleeps well and our 3 year old was a nightmare up move to his and it didn't happen until almost a year. She seems to sleep the same or better in her own room! Though I still have the bassinet by my bed so a couple nights I still put her close to me. I wasn't sure how she would react to her 2 month needles so I kept her in my room (she was fine) and if I'm dead tired I put her in the bassinet for my own laziness lol
I am nervous about having her swaddled in her crib in case she randomly flips over, but she still startles so our first attempt with a sleep sack was awful. We did it again last night though at 9 weeks and she slept the night in it no problem!
