Working and pumping

Today is my first day back to work. Proud of myself for not having a melt down. Any other moms work 7-3? What times do you pump?

I work 7-3:30. I pump around 5:30 am before I leave the house then @ 10 & 2 while at work.

I've been back to work for about 3 weeks now. My dd usually nurses before I leave at about 6. Then I pump at work around 10:30 and 3. (I work 8-4:30) Works out perfect bc those two bottles are what she eats while I'm gone the following day! Good luck!

Good job!! It is ok to cry though ;) I start full time next but have been working part time the last 2 weeks. I pump every 2 hours. I tried every 3 but was getting too full.

how do you working mom's pump? do you pump on a schedule at work or only do it during your break?

cjones I did get in a small pump session like 10 min. after break time.@haydensmommy5
haydensmommy5 @cjones, that's good. You just don't want your supply to drop.
missdee Every 2-3 hrs 15-30min. I'm scared of my supply dropping so I keep it closer to 2hrs
