With new life brings death?
With new life brings death?
Do any of you believe this theory? I for one do, I lost my grandma this pregnancy & my grandpa my last. Anyone else? I feel like she's watching over me and my babies , she's our guardian angel :').

I don't know about that. My brother died in March 2008. My other brother who was told he'd never have kids found out his wife (gf then) was pregnant in May. So it went the other way.
Anyway we're only guaranteed two things in this world, to be born and to die

We haven't lost anyone this pregnancy... I just really hope it stays that way my grandma is old and I would hate to lose her she's turning 89 this year.
With that being said no I don't believe that

I believe it. When I was pregnant my OH lost his grandfather. If I ever have any more kids I really hope history doesn't repeat itself..

Yep. When I was pregnant my great grandmother died, both my dh's grandparents, and my favorite aunt. That's all while I was pregnant. It was a bad year for us :(

We had been TTC for 8 months & when DH's grandmother passed, we found out 2 weeks later we were pregnant with ds. I believe it! Sad that she never got to meet him but I think she's his angel :)

My friend died around my dd conception. I think he is her guardian angel

I do. Only our beliefs are the other way around. That for every death there is a new life. 2/3 months after each death in our family a nother family member concieves. Its kinda crazy. The weird thing is with this pregnancy i found out i was expecting on the 1 year anniversary date that so sister passed away, baby is due on her birthday. Bbys a girl. Coincidence!?

My grandmas health started deteriorating right after my son was born. She passed away when he was about 10mo. As he was getting more lively she was getting closer to death. So yes, I believe that : (

My friends baby passed around the time I got pregnant. I believe he's watching over my little one.

My nana passed away April 3rd 2011 & my daughter was born April 30th 2011. I didn't know if I was having a girl or a boy but ended up having a girl and she has my nanas name as her middle name.

Lost my grandma when youngest dd was 3 months old.
Coincidence? I think not. I'm terrified of getting pg again for this reason! I don't want to lose anyone else :(

I lost my brother 8weeks before my son was born, my Dad 8 weeks after his birth and my God father 6 months after his birth. Such a roller coaster of emotion while just having the very best thing in my life, my son.

When I was pregnant my closed family member died (outside of my immediate family that is).

I've never heard of this, but now that I think about it..
My SOs auntie passed away the summer before our son was conceived (he was a total surprise). The first and unfortunately last time I had met her, she told us we were a cute couple and we'd make a beautiful baby.
And that we did!
