Is deep heat safe ???
Hi girls just wondering if it's safe to use deep heat to rub on my feet I have been in tears today have bad calluses and been on my feet working the last 3 days 14hrs shifts but I can nearly not stand now let alone walk and my feet r killing me so bad just want to no if it's safe for bub before I do and what else did u find helps ;(

Also if the heat packs don't work you can go the other way and use ice packs... Before pregnancy I saw but the sports stuff rugby players use called ice gel!(can't use it while pregnant) but I found for me I don't like the burning feeling the cooling feeling it's way better, so when my feet get sore I get my foot spa will it with Icey cold water and put my feet in for ten mins the put my legs up!
There's this stuff called rapidgel you get it from pet supplies its actually used on race horses and race dogs muscles its $20 a tub my doctor actually recommended it. It's menthol based and omg it's the best thing ever and safe in pregnancy I use it on my sciatica and down my leg and I couldn't tell you enough how much relief it brings me.

I found some other stuff in the cupboard it says it's for feet I used that instead has menthol in it so hope that helps and heat packs fingers crossed and yea I'm 20w5d glad I didn't use the deep heat thankyou lady's I would of hated myself if something happened to bub
It's an anti inflammatory, which is not safe during pregnancy, please don't use it.
Stick your feet into a tub of hot water!

I haven't had too bad of a time with swelling this entire pregnancy.. Just the occasional minimal ankle swelling when I've been on my feet all day.. But now my feet have ballooned up and I had them up! I wasn't on my feet. Should I be concerned?
So not in the Christmas spirit this year 😕 I mean I'm happy I have my unborn & my big boy but it's just not the same without my little fatty, it would've been his first Christmas 😢

Hi I am into my 15 week now But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though What should i do i am very confused Already have gone through 5 scans because of changing gynec Just feel that untill i hear the heartbeat or see my kid i wont b ok....got sleepless nights

Actually deep heat the brand doesn't contain any anti-inflammatories but products like dencorub, voltaren and nurofen gel do.
However the ingredients menthol and methyl salicylate haven't been tested on pregnant women - ethics and such.
I used it during my pregnancy and my lo is fine. But I did use it as sparingly as possible.
