Feesha I work in a high risk job. They will just have to change your duties as you become on restricted duties.

The first trimester is pretty tough on our bodies! I started feeling better around 16-20 weeks, then back downhill at 32 weeks. Nap when you can - If you're tired, it's your body telling you to take a break! :)

I was like that. I worked 5:30am till 1:30pm and I'd come home and sleep on the couch. Totally normal and mine for better by about 14 weeks :)

I slept A LOT in my first trimester. I could hardly peel myself off the couch to do anything!

We were in Europe when I found out I was pregnant... I think I slept through 1/2 the holiday.

I'm 11wks6d and I have been soooooo tired in my whole life! I feel like I could go to bed and stay there. I was working 24 hour shifts in the disability sector, but I have had to cut back to 4 days of 6 hours and sometimes that is a challenge :( I totally hear you on the tiredness thing!

Totally normal. I work shift work consisting of days, afternoons, nights at 12 hours min at a time as well as doing on call. During my first trimester I was constantly tired. It will get better but in the mean time take as many naps as you can and try not to exert yourself out of work if you can.

I was shocked at how exhausted I was in my first tri - every single work day I slept in the train on the way into work and again in the arvo. Simply couldn't stay awake! Great idea to check iron levels as per pp, but it's very common. Should start to improve in your 2nd tri.

Very normal to feel tired especially in first tri. Although it can't hurt to get your iron levels tested if u haven't recently :-)

I don't care what ppl think of me, but I'm seriously considering putting my baby up for adoption. I love her with all of heart, but doing this alone is hard. Every single night she just screams to the top of her lungs and I do everything to soothe her. I don't know what to do at all. I wish I had some kind of help. I don't have a single ounce of help. I don't know a single soul in Minnesota either.

Ok so not using actual numbers.. But everyone knows I'm over weight since having my girls. It's no secret. BUT i was talking with my hubby last night and idk how we got to this but he said something like (not using actual numbers) no one should weigh 800lbs, they should take care of themselves. And i said so what if someone weighs 800lbs? He said no one should weigh that, they should be healthier. I said well i almost weigh 800! I'm in the 790s. And I'm healthy. I may be overweight but i don't have any diseases, no high cholesterol, no high blood pressure, i don't have a bad heart, lungs, or anything else. So I'm healthy I'm just over weight. So then we argued about him having an issue with my weight.. Am i wrong in this? Because it really hurt my feelings.. I've tried sooo many different things to lose weight but having hypothyroidism makes you gain/hard to lose. And my medications for depression and anxiety cause you to gain also.. So it's very hard to lose weight.. But i didn't even know he had an issue with my weight until last night..
