Is anyone else experiencing a soreness in lower tummy area? It feels like I've been doing situps!!! I've got this with mild cramps every now and then. I'm 11+5, if that has anything to do with it.

I have soreness in my upper stomach. Guess it's for the same reason, uterus growing.

Its normal especially in the first trimester.

Its called round ligament pain, its from your uterus stretching & preparing for your baby.

Between weeks 12&13 your baby passes your pelvic bone & rises.

Yea, it seems to be normal. Everything is stretching in the area. Sit down for a little bit and drink some water.
