I rang the er earlier and they said all the could do was schedule me for a scan tomorrow anyway ? I've tried twice more with the doppler and all I can pick up is my own heartbeat.

If you are worried about anything go to the E.R. I once thought I was leaking liquid at 12 weeks and went in and I just peed myself a little. I felt better knowing everything was fine and everyone was very nice about it as well

My OB couldn't find DDs heartbeat when I was about as far along as you are and they did an ultrasound immediately and all was well, she was just hiding. Praying for you.

Its way to early for a Doppler. I wouldnt rely on that until 20+ weeks.. everything will be fine, try not to stress.

They usually say not to really look for yourself before 12 weeks because hb can be hard to pick up with a home doppler. Try not to stress, good luck.

There was many times I couldn't find my daughters heartbeat even when she was 30+ weeks but it could just be she was sitting in there a weird way. And your baby is so small, it could just be that. Don't worry too much. And some spotting can be normal. Take it easy and don't freak out, I went to the doctor twice because I was scared about it but everything turned out fine :) stay positive I'm sure it's nothing

I could hear my son's heartbeat on the Doppler starting at about 9 weeks, but it was super, super hard to find until I was a lot farther along. When I was 11 weeks, it was definitely still difficult to find. Try not to worry too much!

Thanks girls that makes me feel a bit better. I can catch this very quick whooshing noise and what sounds like wind blowing in the background. Caught a heartbeat for 2 seconds but it sounded more like mine as it wasn't very quick. It's just the brown discharge has me worried now

Way too early for a Doppler. No need to stress yourself or your baby.

Try not to worry too much. Up until around 16 weeks with my youngest my ob had a tough time finding dd's heartbeat with the Doppler and would have to check via ultrasound.

I've had a few times now since my last ultrasound ? I've read that it could be a sign that the baby has passed but my body hasn't fully registered yet. That along with the no heartbeat is making me lose hope. It's my own fault for being so stressed out

You're still pretty early. I had brown blood, and bright red in my early pregnancy. And I was actually 3 weeks behind tham what I thought I was. My son is now almost 4 months. Don't stress mama, what you described happens to a lot of women in early pregnancy

Brown is normally older blood, and baby could be hiding. I bought a stethoscope to hear ds and couldn't until I was 20+ weeks. I hope everything is ok, try to stay calm and relax.
