Is a Lap & Dye necessary??
Dh and I have been ttc#1 since dec 2010 and all the usual eats (sa, bloods, u/s, HSG) have come back fine. I spot for 5 days before every AF so doc has referred me for lap and dye. I have no other symptoms of endo/polyp except the spotting which has got much lighter since my HSG. We're going to go down the ivf route very soon anyway. Do you think that the lap and dye is necessary? I don't want to ware any time with moving on to treatment but don't know if the lap and dye could show something valuable before starting treatment?

Today’s topic: introducing solids.
I’ll do another about what is ok for feeding, but for now let’s focus on the *when*.
Solids are anything beyond breastmilk or formula. This includes: cereals, juices, purée, etc.
Not only is 6 months an important milestone, but there are also other factors that should ALL be met before introducing: sitting unsupported, loss of tongue thrust, pincher grasp are huge. These ensure your baby isn’t at risk for, amongst other things, choking. Baby being intereste...
Mamas I really need some advice or just a listening ear, I really don't know what to do, or if I'm overreacting, but my baby's father and I are together, when we met and I got pregnant he was here working, he went back to work out of town after I found out I was pregnant and only comes back once a month, he supports me financially, which was mostly his choice bc he makes good money, we are doing fine on money.. but I'm almost 31 weeks and as I get closer I'm really worried about raising my daugh...
Ridiculously chapped lips
Help me! This has been going on for months but only intensified since getting pregnant. I have tried so many different types of chapsticks, lip balms, moisturizers, lip masks and treatments, and even some all natural methods, but nothing has helped. I literally have chunks of skin peeling off my lips. This has never happened to me before.

My heart is incredibly heavy today and I'm in tears as I write this. I don't know if last night or this morning should be counted as the worst day of my life. I got a call from my hysterical mom last night around 11:30. From what I could understand through the sobbing was, my dad was in the hospital and they wouldn't let her see him. I race to her house, a LONG 45 minutes away to find SEVERAL police cars in her driveway, crime scene tape everywhere and people in paper booties and gloves walking ...

Finding out that you’re pregnant can be the happiest or scariest moment of your life. But whatever you’re feeling, it’s important to take a deep breath and acknowledge the fact that it’s completely normal. Whether it be doubt, shock, or nervousness, it’s definitely comforting to know that you’re not the only one going through it. So here’s what some of the moms from the mom.life community thought/did when they first found out they were pregnant! 👶🏻

My re is the one that's suggested it. I've since found out, from a couple of my friends on here, that it's pretty standard to have it done, before moving onto ivf. Re said that I should do it as some clinics insist on you having it done before starting ivf and for 'completeness', basically so that they've ruled out everything that they can test for, before moving onto ivf. I suppose it could be the case that it finds mild endo that is stopping me from getting pg.
