Hey ladies I have a question I want to dye my hair blonde or even going light to get blonde I go see my doctor next week and going to ask her if I can dye my hair but my question is what do u ladies recommend I’m due in 6 weeks so I want to dye before baby gets here but I don’t know what color I will post pic of my hair now
@spookylyn, yea I may just try to go lighter like a brown then once I have baby later on around November I may do blonde
@izzabellamamasbabygirl, i did at second trimester but I am going to ask about bleaching my hair when I go see my doctor on Wednesday
@madalynnelenamom2016 i thought u couldnt dye your hair while being pregnant
@mummyroo91, omg yes please thank you!!!
@madalynnelenamom2016, yea if you’ve had red in your hair it should really be stripped.. if you still don’t have an answer yet I can ask my sister how light you can go from the pic you’ve posted on here?? She’s been a hair dresser for over 10 years 😊
@incognit0, o ok I now understand I’m going to try a brown and go lighter I just want to dye my hair before baby because omg my grey hairs are already popping out lol
@tierraaelizabeth, what if I do all brown hair and then do highlights would it be possible
@incognit0, o ok what about high lights like dye my hair all brown next day or 2 do highlights what do u think
@ladyblauvelt.skysmomma, yea I was thinking about that i was in 2nd trimester when I dyed it at home burgundy and now it’s fading and I may just do a brown
@ella_j_heart, yea I may just try to go light with a brown what do u think🤔
@mummyroo91, stripped ?
Do not do it at home. You have red tint in your hair. red and jet black are the hardest colors to lift. Your stylist will have to strip your hair before doing any color and you may not get the color you desire in one appointment. It may take 2 or 3 times just to prevent harsh damage. I'm a license stylist and salon owner
I wouldn't use bleach while you're pregnant, it's a very harsh chemical to have on your skin or even breathe in. It is definitely a good idea to go to a salon to have your hair dyed though because they are usually well ventilated
@madalynnelenamom2016 its safe but please do not try to lighten your hair at home make an appointment with an hairstylist if you wish to go lighter. Having any dye before lightening dramatically increased the effects of it not turning out right
@marielovely, I had did burgundy which now with me taking a lot of showers it turned like that in the pics
Do not lighten your hair at home if you’ve had previous color in it.. in the real salon life we aren’t even supposed to do people’s hair that has been lightened multiple times or have had color in it because it can make your hair turn out other colors and make your hair super gummy, stretchy and breakable which is not good
@spookylyn, o ok I don’t know if I should do just top blonde or highlights maybe but I want to do at home not at the salon
@madalynnelenamom2016 I'd strip your hair or bleach it
@mummyroo91, o yea for sure lol
@karensmommy, my hair is reddish so would it go pink or orange or what do u recommend
You can dye your hair it’s just your hair may not go the colour it’s supposed to because of the hormones. Make sure you get a strand test done before 😊
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
@mummyroo91, thanks
