Ugh "morning" sickness
I've been through this before and I remember it being awful but I don't remember it being this bad. For my first pregnancy I was hospitalized a few times with dehydration due to my morning sickness, which lasted 24 hours a day for me. However, I was still able to work a full time job managing a store. This time around I'm a stay at home mom with a 6 month old son and I barely have the energy to get off the couch. Obviously I do, lol, but by the time my little guy goes to be at night I feel like I'm going to collapse in a puddle on the floor. I'm 6 weeks 4 days and have only known for about a week, and I've already lost 6 pounds. What remedies are you ladies with nausea using to help combat it? I've tried nibbling in crackers, but that doesn't help and the mere thought of any sort of food sends me to the bathroom. I have an appointment the end of next week where hopefully I can get some meds to help, but I need help before then. Help me out ladies, please!

Have you tried protein shakes? Sometimes theyre really good as a supplement and easy on the stomach. I had the same issue up until I was about 10 weeks and the only thing I could keep down and enjoy was a grilled cheese from dunkin donuts. Even though we all know that processed foods aren't good for us I found that eating a happy meal from McDonald's or a chicken sandwich from burger king stood down easy (and I normally don't eat fast food) I'm 12weeks 3days and all the nausea is subsiding now, I also gained 2 pounds when I had just lost 5. Hope you feel better :)
