My 9 week old weighs 11 pounds 8 ounces, is that above or below average? He was born 7 pounds 15 ounces but dropped to 7 pounds 4 ounces shortly after birth. So, he's gained 4 pounds 4 ounces in 8 weeks. Doctor says he IS advanced with certain things because he now holds his head at 2 months and is starting to turn over, he is at milestones 3 months old are at. But as far as weight is he ok?

So I am just curious. If full term is 39+ weeks for a pregnancy, then my first son was full term at 39w 3d. So would my second son be considered early term for being born at 38w 4d or still full term? He came on his own and seems to be as healthy as a baby who was 40+ weeks, but I am wondering if he was still considered a little premature.

C-section moms: the tape after getting my staples removed all slid off today. The incision site looks fresh, but looks like it's healing properly from what I can see. I am 13 days post c-section and my next appointment is August 18th. Is it okay that the tape fell off already? My doctor didn't mention anything.

My baby was born 5 days ago. I was clean the entire pregnancy. He ended up needing a few days in the NICU for some respiratory issues, so I was stressed and smoked a few blunts among me and 2-3 other people yesterday. How long would it take to get out of my system? I've been completely clean before this.

I went to my last appointment today and was 3cm dilated and 80% effaced, with small contractions, so my doctor admitted me into L&D! Scheduled c-section is later tonight. I'm so excited to finally meet my baby boy! 😍

on and off cramps the entire night, still happening. Could this be contractions? I still have not noticed that I lost my mucus plug though. Two weeks ago I was 1cm dilated. any advice? I'm toughing it out until I have my last appointment at 4PM today.
