Reflex
My son will be 3 weeks old on Thursday and he has bad reflex and gas. His pediatrician said to give him some gas drops which I did but he spit it all back up. He has been really fussy today and just wanted to nurse a lot and then spitting up a lot. I'm a FTM and I'm at a loss what to do and I feel so bad cuz he is miserable ?
My son just turned 4 months and he eats a lot like 5 ounces every 2 - 3 hours is that bad ? Should I start introducing him to cereal ? He's on enfamil formula maybe mixing cereal in his milk will keep his tummy full for a longer time ? I don't want to be over feeding him , he also spits up a lot & sometimes I have a really hard time getting his gases out he randomly gets these tantrums out of nowhere because he has trapped gas & the only way he calms down is if I pick him up and walk around the house or rock him I've been giving him gas drops that the doctor prescribed but I don't think it's helping much I don't know what else to do he's really good all day & than at night he acts up and wakes up in the middle of the night too many times crying cause he's in pain , help me ladies 😳🤔🙄😑😫
I feel so bad that Lil man has acid reflex,I feel so bad for him😔
***NEED FORMULA ADVICE*** I brought Waylon to the doctors. He has been spitting up a lot. Because of this, he is loosing weight. His doctor suggest I try a formula mixed with breastmilk. Something specifically made for spiting up. And he said maybe something with rice or cereal in it. I need advice. What brands did you use. What worked best. Last time I used formula, it was for my now 5 year old. I just used enfamil. Nothing special bc he didn't spit up or have allergies or anything. I exclusively breastfed Liam.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
my son has been bad spitting up, he's on simlac sensitive. is there something i can give him to help with the spit up?

If you are breastfeeding maybe it's something in your diet ? A lot of babies can't handle cows milk or eggs . Try eliminating certain foods and see if that may help ?

A friend told me about Gripe water. I don't have a baby here yet so I can't say personally if it works but she said it was great for her little girl.

Thank you guys! I don't drink milk but I'll have to look at what I'm eating and try different things. The grip water I'll have to try.
