My son just turned 4 months and he eats a lot like 5 ounces every 2 - 3 hours is that bad ? Should I start introducing him to cereal ? He's on enfamil formula maybe mixing cereal in his milk will keep his tummy full for a longer time ? I don't want to be over feeding him , he also spits up a lot & sometimes I have a really hard time getting his gases out he randomly gets these tantrums out of nowhere because he has trapped gas & the only way he calms down is if I pick him up and walk around the house or rock him I've been giving him gas drops that the doctor prescribed but I don't think it's helping much I don't know what else to do he's really good all day & than at night he acts up and wakes up in the middle of the night too many times crying cause he's in pain , help me ladies 😳🤔🙄😑😫

It's a growth spurt! Ezzie used to drink 8 oz a feeding! He slowed down now and is back to 5 oz every four hours and takes solids twice a day

It won't hurt to try, I stop giving it to my son because it made him severely constipated. So the doctor's told me to stop, and I would say try spacing his feedings out longer that will give his stomach time to digest the milk. And will help with gas! Formula is thick and takes longer to digest than breast milk! And try burping him better to help with the spit ups....

@snowbunny, my daughter is the same way, she just turned 3 months today and usually eats almost 6 oz every 2 hours. I was giving her Enfamil gentle lease and she was acting the same way, super fussy, gassy, and always throwing up, even when I burped her every ounce of two. So I decided to switch her to soy, and she is SOO much better and happier overall!

my daughter is hooked on boobs 😂😂😂😂, I don't mind but my supply is low and won't build 😫 and my boobs needed a break from trying so the cereal has helped! Lifesaverrr! 🙏@snowbunny

I hope it helps! usually the cereal will tell you for every 2 ounces put a tablespoon of cereal, but some babies like it a bit thicker. @snowbunny

my daughter last night had 3 oz of formula with cereal. Some babies are picky though my daughter likes the cereal to be a bit thick. So you have to try out how thick your baby will like the cereal! ☺

I did cereal at that age and it helped keep him fuller longer. but I also agree with @chibibunnyx

A little bit of cereal will help, also try giving him 'pauses' while he feeds. Take the bottle out and burp him, it might help him burp between his feeding.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

advice needed! my 7 year old son still wets the bed at least 3 times a week, I've taken him to see a specialist and he's fine, but nothing helps I don't allow him to drink anything after 6pm, I make him use the restroom before bed and I wake him up in the middle of the night and he still wets his self, my 4 year old son never be any accidents and this is just so frustrating should I punish him because I don't feel like he even tries to avoid wetting his self

How would you guys feel if your husband drank every night between 6 and 12 beers with children in the house. But the only time he drinks is after 7. Sometimes if he works his night job on the beach doing the tractor he comes home at midnight and starts drinking 10 beers. He doesn't get up in the morning to help with kids and is passed out on couch???? Oh and instead of pissing in a toilet when he's drinking he pisses in and old formula bottle or Gatorade bottle then pours it down the sink. But he says he not a drunk he's a good father and provides for his family. Ok but then that makes him a functioning alcoholic right? And his excuse will be he works a lot that's why he will not get up and help in the morning when he has off. No it's because you have a hang over and we're up till 3 drinking. I just don't get it. And if I say anything he gets all defensive and asks why am I starting with him. Am I wrong here is this normal and ok for him to do? He thinks it is. Oh and he has been telling me since I've been with him (almost 6 years) that he is gonna cut back and take nights off. I'm still waiting to see that happen
