BFP!?!?!*UPDATE*
I have pcos and I think I'm pregnant! Naturally! Now I'm terrified that I'm going to miscarry because I didn't have any help from my Dr. with this one. What if my progesterone levels are too low like last time?!? I have an appt tomorrow but I'm going to make myself sick waiting for it!

Congrats, Chica!!!!!! How exciting!

Aww congratulations!!! I know the waiting is the hardest part, but your body obviously knew what it was doing if you got pregnant with no help! I think that's a great sign! Keep positive and keep us posted!!! GL!

Congrats! I have pcos too. My first pregnancy was achieved with assistance and I was on progesterone. My son is 15 months old. When we tried to conceive baby #2, we expected similar difficulties, but we got pregnant our first try with no help. I took no progesterone at all and my new little boy is perfect at 20 weeks in my tummy now.
Try not to stress. Every pregnancy is truly different. Count your blessings that this pregnancy was achieved with no help. Stress won't help the growing baby so relax and celebrate!

I have pcos and got pregnant naturally. I was put on progesterone suppositories (yuck!) for twice a day for the first trimester. Everything was okay.

I never took those.. Should I have?

Thanks Ladies! I think I'm still in shock! We didn't expect this at all! I just turned 36 two weeks ago and my baby is 15 months. It took a year of fertility meds each time to conceive our first two. I can't wait until tomorrows appt. I'm trying not to be too excited, but it's so hard not to! I don't know what I'd do without you all! Thanks again!

I was on daily injections with my last pregnancy. It's only if your levels are low after a blood test.

Yay!! Congrats! I'm so happy for you✨✨

you may not have needed them if your progesterone levels were increasing

my best friend has pcos and unexpectedly got pregnant a few months ago... didn't find out until she was 10 weeks already according to ultrasound. She ended up doing it with no progesterone shots. :) she's almost 20 weeks now.

Thanks Meepers! That makes me feel better! I'll know more in the morning. Hopefully we'll hear a heartbeat! I'm still too nervous to be really excited. Tomorrow will be better. At least we'll know for sure if everything is ok or not.

Yaya you should look for the thread for 30 and older TTCers/preggers. It's a good support system of women that "get it." we keep that thread going
