I think as parents we are quick to notice things we do wrong and forget about all the things we do so very right. I think it might be nice for people to tell eachother what they are proud of.

I am just proud of my babies. They make me proud everyday. They're both such happy little humans that make me smile every minute of everyday. I was pregnant with my first at 18 and going from a full blown party girl to a mam in such little time was hard! But worth every second! Xx
I'm proud of all three of mine my older two are doing so well at school fantastic attendance never a bad report or concern ?also the routine all three of mine are in all in bed by 7:30.yes they argue but I have to say my kids are so behaved I can take then any where I.e to appointments they never kick up a fuss.and I'm also a working mum and daddy is in the military I'm proud of myself as I've done it alone all year last year?
I'm proud I've raised such a confident little girl. She's only 2 and the queen bee everywhere she goes, has such a presence about her. Being the shy kid I was determined to give her social skills early and getting her out and about despite my own social anxiety has worked wonders xx
I think I'm still hormonal- as some of these made me well up ???
I think I am most proud of my husband, who was terrified of having children. He's 12 years my senior and never considered being a father till we met 7 years ago. It took 6 years of convincing, but he's amazing with our little one. He's gone from a look of fear/terror the first time he held him, to pure adoration. He's my rock whenever it gets tough and I'm proud of him. Xxx
I'm proud to be a GREAT young mum. I've smashed the stereotypical 'irresponsible' & 'uneducated' title out the window. When people try and tell me I'm too young to have a daughter, I don't take offence like I first did. I allow people to have their own opinion, but I always try and explain my side - how you see some mothers in this world, at 'the perfect parenting age' who aren't capable of being parents. Some mothers can't take care of themselves let alone their children. Some mothers are selfish, evil & careless. My daughter is my number 1 priority, my everything and more. I work my ass off in college and work to provide a stable and better future for my girl. I am always praised for how kind and well behaved she is and complimented for her beauty. What more could you be proud of than having a polite, kind and respectful child ?
I'm proud that my girl is happy and loved , she said to me tonight "mummy, I love you" and they are words I've been longing to hear for years ! I'm proud that at nearly two years old she can be aware of love or atleast what saying the words can do to a mood and that her manners are brilliant saying please and thank you and sorry unprompted xx
I'm proud that I had the twins naturally, so many people just assume it was a section and are so shocked when I tell them it wasn't. Still can't believe I done it ?xx
I'm very proud of Freddie's manners. He always says please and thank you, usually without promoting at 20 months old.
My OH and I always said that kindness and politeness were two hugely important values to us and he's showing so many signs of both already.
Well done to the rest of you. This is a lovely thread! ?
I'm proud that I actually became a mummy and that I'm still together with my oh beacuse out of all my friends I'm the only one still in a relationship and also that we do our best for our little family may not always be perfect or the best but it's our little family X ?
Some of ur lovely stories are making me well up X

All of you ladies are amazing and these are amazing to read you should all be so proud of yourselves. You so amazing jobs!!! Raising kids is no walk in the park and its good to remember all the good things we do !!! Keep it uo ladies xxx
Mine is having the strength to say goodbye to Matilda and getting up every morning to face the day, going to work and how the girls have coped with losing their sister and help look after their brothers x
I'm most proud of myself for juggling work and raising my children on my own for a large part of the last year after I split from my husband, being able to maintain a civil relationship and not letting it affect my children's routines. My boys are the most affectionate souls and always try to help anybody they can. They have picked me up when I've been to lows I haven't felt in many years and even when I thought I wouldn't make it through a day their smiles made my heart soar ❤
I'm proud of how highly and often my daughter speaks about her baby brother who we lost last year, she never forgets about him and is always correcting people when they ask if she's excited to have a brother (due in 4 weeks). It's quite clear that she loves him to pieces and is going to be an amazing big sister!
Also, she's such a polite young girl. I'm always having people praise me for the way she is. My ex's family couldn't get over how well mannered she was when they first met. It makes me feel like I'm doing a good job in raising her on my own. Even though there are days where I seriously struggle and doubt my abilities. Xx
You ladies all make me feel so humble, you're amazing.
I'm proud that my teenager (15) is an amazing person. Never thrown a paddy, always helps at home, babysits and still manages to achieve so highly he's an Oxford uni candidate - don't ask me where the brains are from as it's not me and his dad wasn't as bright as he is.
My others make me proud too, but he's achieved all this after losing his dad at 8, being with his dad during that horrid time, visiting a chapel of rest, speaking in front of the 500+ who attended his funeral and even to this day gives me hugs and tells me he loves me every day. Couldn't be without him xx
I'm so proud that I have such a good girl. As she's an only child I'm always worried about spoiling her and everyone always comments oh u must have her spoilt she's an only child it always happens. I can take her to the shops and she won't lift anything at all unless I ask her does she want something then she just points and says this lol if we go out like to the likes of home bargains etc where we see toys even then she doesn't want want want, she's very pleasant and says please and thank you. I'm so proud of how well behaved she is and that people always pick up on it and mention it too xx
I'm proud of how I cope with my oldest and juggle by younger two (also one on the way) I always thought I couldn't/wouldn't cope with a child with complex needs but he's my absolute world and melts my heart on a daily basis with his strength and determination ?
We all should be proud being a mummy is emotional and physically demanding, pat on the back to you all ?
Im proud that I juggle full time work, college and being a full time mammy. My partner also works away during the week so alot of the time its alone or with the help from my amazing family. Also, this may sound ridiculous but im also very proud at how selfless I have became as a mother. Xxx
I proud that I've managed to raise two of the happiest children I know practically on my own while also working.
With hubby living away in the week I was so scared to suddenly have two children and minimal support. But they have made it easy for me. Now to get hubby living back home so we can be a proper family unit x
Aww that's a great routine! Keep it up!
I'm proud of my boys at dinner time. They're now 3 and 5 (im due again in 7wks), every dinner since they were both little they've always set the knives/forks at the table, then during dinner we talk about how each other's days been and when they've finished they take their own plates back into the kitchen. I know it's just a silly everyday thing, but I love the fact they have great table manners and dinner is 100% family time with no electronics. Xx
Transgender children So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are your thoughts on the matter? Do u think the parents are behind this? Idk because I haven't met the parents or children. I just think at 5 it's very young for children to really understand. What do u ladies think?
Opinions!! We are putting the house on the market soon and my realtor thinks we need to upgrade to granite. Only problem is, for a kitchen this size, the cheapest quote I got was $3,800. Everyone is telling me not to do it, they don't think there is a good enough ROI. What do you think?
Locking your doors We are having a discussion on one of my birth boards from my older kids about locking doors and security alarms. There are many of us (me included) who do not lock our doors at home (I actually don't even have a deadbolt on my house and we don't lock it when we leave either), and others who think that's totally weird. So what do you do? Do you lock your doors? Do you think it's weird that people don't?
I know this sounds sooo fkedup but sometimes i wanna get into a bad accident so my husband sees exactly all the things i do ... and how wrong he is by saying i don’t do enough ( not in those words but the jist of it ) anyway .... i think this all the time . Maybe then he will think differently .
We took vows....I do not believe in remarried...to death do us apart... forever...no retry.... even if your wife or husband died or divorce. What do you think about this??

I am proud that I held it together (most of the time lol) with pnd and a colicky baby. Husband and I have been very up and down through all of this and we're still solid so that makes me proud. She is my number one priority and shes bright as a button. Her speech is brilliant for her age so that also makes me proud xxx
