Dirty diaper storage What do y'all use to store your dirty diapers in?

Trash can with with a pail liner. But I'm ordering a hanging wet bad. Toddler pee smells and I hate having a stinky bathroom

I'm most likely going to do the large wetbag option, but a trash can with a spin lid should work with a liner. I've seen people get the mesh liners from Walmart and like those. You'll just have to spray out the can every few days!

I have a hefty trash can with a pedal. I have teamoy brand pail liners for it.

I hope this shows. But this is the kind we have. I'm not gonna say it never stunk, but to combat that I stuck an air freshener in it. Lol

We use a kitchen can with liner but no lid (it got annoying lol) so I'd say you are fine just leave the lid open in my opinion

I noticed a lot of you say you have a swinging lid trash can, this is what i purchased in white for our April baby. Is this not good??

I used exactly what OP described for DD. It wasn't very smelly with every 2-3 day washing until she was a toddler and then it was a strong ammonia smell. We rinsed solids off with diaper sprayer before putting them in the pail. Liner was washed with every load (had 2 liners so I could wash 1 and have 1 in pail).

Trash can with a flip top lid and pail liner. I will be honest you get a strong smell when opening the pail but other then that it's fine.

Can one of you post a pic please : ) bc I'm trying to image how none of this stinks with just a regular old trash can.

I put my insides into a garbage can with planetwise liner and my shells into a hanging wet bag that I leave open. I wash every other day, by choice!

We use a trash can with a swinging lid and the wet bags I think are Planetwise with elastic tops

I have a big hanging wet bag. I keep it open and it doesn't stink at all until I'm dumping it into the washer. And then I just turn the bag inside out and wash it with the diapers.

There's absolutely no need for any kind of fancy diaper pail.
