Well no period came ?. I was very hopeful this month that I regulated my cycle. Oh well.

I think by our 7 wedding anniversary (June) I will go see my doctor and try to take clomid again...

Well, my period is due in a little over a week. I've been working out a lot. Taking walks and hiking and such every day. Hopefully that might have kicked my body back into gear and my period shows up!

So update on his hearing:

He has mild to moderate hearing loss. He reacts good to high pitches, but not good to low pitches. And his nerve response is great. So the official diagnosis is that it's from the fluid buildup in his ears. He said once he gets tubes in his ears and they stay clear his hearing should be normal.

We had a very small low key one this year. It was good though. :)

My rainbow was born Jan 2015. We have a few ladies in the thread ttc theirs. Unfortunately we're all connected the same way and have been helping and supporting each other through our journeys.

Thanks Leah for the suggestion. A coworker suggested wine! She said it just takes the edge off, and then DH and I can just have fun. I am back and forth between "it'll happen when it happens" and "I want it to happen now!!" I think the less I focus on it, the easier it'll happen.

Sadly Sarah it seems to happen quite often. It just isn't talked about much. :/

I'm so sorry for your losses. It'll get "better", it'll still be hard and you'll have some bad days, but they'll happen less often. I still have days where I just sit in my room alone and cry for my baby girl.

Ttc after a loss can be stressful and emotional. The time I got pregnant after losing my daughter it was the one month I actually allowed myself to have fun and enjoy myself. I absolutely believe that's what allowed me to get pregnant because the next day I felt implantation. Try to relax (easier said than done) and enjoy yourselves.

On fb there is a private group called S.O.B.B.S (Stories of Babies Born Still) it's full of women and the occasional man who have had a stillborn child/ren. It's been a safe place for many to share there stories, vent, and give support. They also have a sister group for ttc after having a stillborn baby.

Wow, ladies, my husband and I lost our first born son at 37 weeks in November and also just started TTC. I had a miscarriage the previous January, (New Years eve/day, way to ring in 2014, and it ended on a pretty s****y note, too). I read some of the posts, but wanted to share my story, because I couldn't believe it had happened to so many others as well! The last two times I was pregnant, we got pregnant the first time we tried, so it was devastating when AF decided to pay me a visit yesterday. Now we are just wondering if it's best to abstain from trying until I ovulate or just start trying again as soon as AF leaves and just enjoy our sexy time... We've never had to "try" before, really and don't really know what's best! You'd think I had this figured out by now, being 34 and all!! Best of luck to you other mamas!

I had some stomach pains/cramping randomly last night...maybe it's wishful thinking but it could have been implantation. I've never gotten period cramps like that.

Oh my goodness Leah!!! Praise the Lord!!! I am so beyond happy to hear all this wonderful news!

I know it will be a hard journey but I know you're the best mommy for little Vincent! And you'll all fight together to keep him strong :-).

Sorry been such a long few days.

We ended up getting lucky and they had a private room open up when we got here so we've been sharing a room with him and have been able to feed and change him. We found a bottle he liked and he's been eating so much better. He had some jaundice as well but looks like it's gone down. We had a neonatal dr, geneticist, speech therapist and plastic surgeon all look over him. They are all very optomistic. The geneticist is running a few tests to be sure but said it may just be a cleft palate were dealing with and not a symptom of a bigger issue. And the surgeon said he wouldn't need surgery until about a year old so it won't effect his speech. Also since his breathing isn't effected and he's eating good. She said he may need tubes in his ears later on as he is more prone to ear infections. We're waiting on a few test results, but if everything goes good we will be going home tomorrow afternoon!!

Pediatrician stopped by and he's sending the baby to the children's hospital a few hours away. He's not eating enough. He said he doesn't know how long it will be for, that they have a team who will look him over and see what and if anything needs to be done. He'll be going today. I can't stop crying. Why can't I just have a healthy baby. I'm so scared. Idk what to do.

Baby Vincent was born 1-13-15! They induced because my blood pressure was going up and down. I was 37w2d. They didn't use any pitocin or cervidil(?). Since I was contracting on my own they just broke my water and let it progress natural. Once I hit around 6cm I dilated so quick. No epidural for me and boy did that hurt! Lol

He was 7lbs 0.4oz and was 19". Only 3oz more than Liliana and both the same length. All the Drs kept commenting on how big he was for 37 weeks. Lol

He has a few issues. He has a minor cleft palate which is not external, but it's in the roof of his mouth, it's a small hole. It affects his feeding. He has good suckling reflex, but he can't create a seal, because of the hole, to have a powerful enough suction. He has to use a special nipple and bottle. And he takes a LONG time to eat. He also has micrognathia. It means small jaw. It makes it so his tongue falls back easily. He has to lay at an incline or on his side. Pediatrician wants to keep him a bit to make sure his feeding and breathing aren't too affected. But said everything seems to be looking pretty good. He has so much hair! And is so lazy and just sleeps. Haha

I totally understand! I ordered Kimber's stone and it came in a few months after his funeral. It was hard, but I love his stone so much! I'm glad that he has made a physical mark on the world!

Today was an emotional day for me. I finally ordered Liliana's headstone. I'm actually a little excited to see it when it's done. I haven't been to her grave since the funeral, but I plan to go once the stone is placed. It's just too hard and emotional for me still, but I always feel so guilty for not going.

I'm so sorry :( I know how horrible it is to get your hopes up. I'm glad your cycle is regulating though, that's one thing on the plus side. I will continue praying and keeping my fingers crossed that you get a bfp soon. I know it's hard, but try to relax and have some "me" time. Or go out and have a few drinks to loosen up. AF showed up that night :-(. I know it's good that I've had 4 cycles in a row. I haven't have 4 in a row for 5 years, since we started TTC. It just hurts.

I really had a lot of hope that I was pregnant. The BFN just hurt so much :-(

Well I took a test this morning. It was a BFN. Pretty disappointed :-(. I know it could still be too early (3 days until my period is due), but I was really hoping for a New Years Eve surprise. :-(
