Thanks ladies. I wasn't sure especially since sd was never a drooler.

They sell bibs specifically for drooling (can you say cash grab? ). They're just little ones that go down to the top of their chests.

My son drooled like a champ to! I took the bib off to buckle him in then put it back on him.

You can put a bib over the chest clip. :)
