irritated and venting. (long story and not directed to anyone on BB)
I have a person in my life who is so picky when it comes to a job that "it" would rather just live off "it's" unemployment than actually work. I normally wouldn't care but "it" is directly associated with my day to day life. I am done with"it's" attitude. "It" complains how hard it is to get a job in san diego ("it's" "requirements" are weekends off, 40 hours minimum and at least $16 an hour). "It" has limited job skills and no higher education. I basically dropped a job in "it's" lap last year though a favor from a friend and "it" turned up "its" nose and refused because they couldn't guarantee weekends off. I'm just venting. I moved to Michigan in 2009 to live with a friend right after graduating. I had zero job prospects. However I spent the first three weeks walking and taking public transportation in a city located in a state with an incredibly high unemployment rate looking for a job. I left my resume in EVERY store, filled out applications every night and was rejected from several places. However I decided to not be LAZY and turned my frustration into determination. I found employment after three weeks working retail. Yes I worked weekends, holidays, in the snow and heat. But you know what? I did it because I had to. That experience became a incredibly important part in my life. Long story short. Get off your a$$ and get a job. ****Rant over****
