For one year anniversary I got him a stuffed gorilla wearing a leather jacket, a couple smaller things that I put in a box, and as a gag gift a pair of boxers with Stewie and hearts on them and said something weird like "wild thing" or "love child." Lol.

We still have the gorilla all these years later, our 6 year old used to sleep with it.

A deck of cards but I taped over one side with white sticky paper and wrote "52 things I love about you" and each card had a different reason.
