Anybody deal with this?

My son is 7 month old. He has been sleeping 8 hrs minimum since he was 3-4 months. Last night was the first time in ages he woke up at 3 am. I nursed him he dozed off, the second he hit the crib he cried. I changed him, same thing, I just held him, same thing. He seemed to only be happy being held. I can see his bottom teeth coming through but wouldn't he be fussy all day if that was the issue? Thanks

Mine is teething also and the same thing at night is happening. He will sleep in his crib for maybe 20 min and then cry for us. Hoping he cuts his bottom teeth very soon.

DD has had her sleep been taken away. She went from sleeping by 7/8 and getting up 7/8 to not going to sleep till 11.

Apparently leaps can come early too and learning new activities can cause sleep problems.

Thanks. I actually did not know teething would make sleeping worse without major fussing during the day. I just went down to part time from full time. My days off were wed and today. Tuesday night he went to bed at 8:40, woke up at 9:45 to eat, would not go down til 11:45, then last night he went down at 9, woke at 3. Wednesday night he slept 8:30-7:40 (work was st 10 am)

Teething pain is more common at night because there are no distractions from the pain. They typically tend not to notice the pain while playing because they're having fun.
