Make sure to use a good lubrication. I went through the same thing! If you are sore down there still you can always try a padsicle!

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Try using a water based lube (they’re usually sold in a clear-ish bottle with a light blue cap) and also maybe more foreplay?
