Is it wrong that I want to give this little boy formula?? He is not my child but his mom can't/won't do what she needs to so she can produce more milk so I'm having to feed not only my child, but this little boy as well... I'm not able to pump enough for him and my daughter so I'm just doing this. I'm sick of it.
@kaytibug2009, any state ran daycare she is to supply everything that child needs! And they will call you if that child runs out of anything threw out the day and charge you for it if you do not supply it in a timely manner. She should be supplying everything plus no daycares I’ve ever been too potty trains. So that is an extra service. Wet nursing is a service. And 800 per month are you crazy for three kids. I was paying 200 a week for a 5 year old 9-5. Your being taken advantage off
There is no way that $200 a week is her whole check. She’s taking advantage of you and she’s being selfish. I’d tell her that if she’s only paying you $800 she better supply formula for the baby.
@kaytibug2009, girl you are so underpaid. its 350 a week where i live for child care. and that's only a 2 star facility!
Originally I was making $500 a month but when her 4yr old started peeing all over my couch, floors and the bed the girls sleep in... I told her I need more. So she said she can't give me anything over $800 or that's her whole check... So I said fine fore now. Idk if I can watch all 3 kids during summer vacation for 6 days straight though. Trying to potty train a 4 yr old plus teach the 4 and 5 year olds how to talk correctly.. all of this while keeping them quiet during the day because my husband works the night shift and needs to be able to sleep during the day just like the kids parent... I can't even take a fucking shower the whole time I have them because the older girls will fight if I leave them alone... or they will break something AGAIN. or my child will scream and cry thinking I left her with these crazy ass kids. Or the baby boy crys because they hold him 24/7 when they have him so I have to try and break that habit. He's 4 months old and is just now starting to roll to his side, plus he can barely hold up his head. My daughter was crawling at 3 months!
She should pay you a lot more... good for you doing it but if you’re overworking your body you don’t have to feel bad !
Do what you want or need to do and if she has an issue with it she really needs to work on her own supply and not put all of that pressure on you
Yes I totally agree. Basically 50/child wtf. It all sounds way too involved ugh @morgyporgypudninpie
Considering shes feeding an infant and there's kids spending the night or some shit that isn't enough! Its like 800/wk for 1 kid here in Cali 😂 @morgyporgypudninpie
it's not wrong, i can't believe that woman!! seeing you nursing that baby makes my heart melt!
Geez. Honestly it's your body and your milk. If she wants to keep using your milk or having you nurse him she needs to pay more. Or she could just buy Damn formula!
@mommyof1boyy @kambam @lovelyjane @babydiehl2016 I get paid $800 a month to care for her children while she works. Her five-year-old goes to school during the day but if she ends up working weekends then her five-year-old stays with me... her four-year-old basically lives with us now because from the time that the parent drops off the kids on the first day she has to go to work till the time that she is finally off work 4 or 6 days later I have the children 24/7. Last week she worked 5 days straight and her four-year-old saw her the day that she dropped them off and then on the 5th day and then on the 6th day when she was picking them up. Since the parent works Night Shift she comes and drops off the 5 year old and infant so she can go to work and I can watch them. Then in the morning she comes and picks up baby and the five-year-old so the 5 year old can go to school and she Co sleeps with the baby so he can breastfeed off of her while she gets some sleep during the day normally. Unfortunately for this week she was scheduled for day shift so during the day this week for the next 6 days I have the infant during the day and the four-year-old during the day. She claims that since her job only gives her a small window for her to pump that she can't pump enough for him to be able to eat while he is not with her. Yet she will not pump even when she's not at work. Originally it started out that I was giving her milk that I had pumped... but now that my daughter is teething and trying to latch onto me more it is hard to pump out 4 to 5 Oz each time. Plus this little boy is hitting his growth spurts so he is also wanting to latch several times. When I told the parent that I wasn't able to make enough and I needed her to supply milk she told me don't worry about it just to hook him to my breast when he needs it so I can go feed my daughter and her son at the same time and I will make enough for both of them when I do that. He has had formula in the past but now all of a sudden she is determined that she wants him to have breast milk as much as possible. And yes I do find it very weird and awkward but I don't know what else to do other than giving him formula but I feel kind of bad because his mother wants him to have breast milk...
I’d tell her no way she needs to give you formula for him. I’d do this for a family member but now for a damn stranger basically
You could refuse to. Tell her you can’t watch him anymore unless she gives you his formula. That’s a big no from me, unless formula was unavailable and the baby was starving I’d never let someone else’s baby nurse from me.
@breederofboyz she has given him formula before but since I'm nursing she wants me to give him breastmilk.. when I told her I couldn't pump enough for him and my own child, she said " that's fine just hook them up to your boobs at the same time and you'll make enough." I use to just pump for the boy..
I don’t think I could nurse someone else’s baby I feel like that’s a bond I have with my own LO. Why is she not pumping for her own child
OMG. are you being paid? This woman sounds nuts. I worry about her children but would definitely send them elsewhere!
Ummm...
It’s not your issue if she doesn’t want to breast feed.
It’s her kid, she can give him formula..
Did she ask you to do this? Because if not, that’s kinda weird you’re breast feeding another baby..
@kambam she is a CO worker of my husband... she doesn't give me anything for him. Plus I watch all 3 of her kids. Thankfully the 5 year old is in school and I'm having to potty traine her 4 year old plus teach them how to talk properly since they sound like stupid Teletubby babies.
Wait. You're breastfeeding her child ?
Does she not WANT to give him formula ?
Did you volunteer to nurse him or did she ask?
I've pumped milk for a friend but I would feel out of place nursing straight from the boob
Who's child is it? If you're watching him she should provide everything he needs 😤 but you're such an angel for caring for him

My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️
Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?
I'm like this close 👌🏾 to snapping on my mom! She swear my child is her child or that she can just do or say whatever she want!!
OT. rant! forward facing early
ok, so in my birth month forum (October 2012) someone posted a picture of their lo riding in the car in a forward facing seat! what???? it baffles me when parents do this. I'm not trying to offend anyone.. but why do ppl do this?? the oldest baby in our birth month is 9 months, she was 3 months premature. but even at 9 months I wouldn't have my child forward facing.
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
You are being taken advantage of so bad
