Okay so my nurse lied to me the last time I was here... She told me that I couldn’t know the sex of the baby through genetic testing because my insurance doesn’t cover it. My doctor just asked me if I would like to know because my insurance covers it!! 😑😒

It's a new thing @shay2beautiful for everyone can have genetics I just found this out the other day.. It was for only woman Over 35 most insurance covers this so I would definitely be digging for information those that wanna do it.. Mines on the 17th I'll be 10wks it's accurate between wks10-13 only

She was probably misinformed. Some nurses are just temps and they aren’t in the know 100%

They did the same with me but really it came down to insurance only covers it if it’s medically necessary and if it wasn’t you end up with a bill so just double check mama

Speak to their billing department the doctor's and nurses have nothing to do with the billing and insurance information

Ugh dumb nurse. That’s just irritating.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

Breast pump covered by insurance I've already done what I needed to find out what type of pump I get covered through insurance. It turns out, with my insurance, I can't even get my pump shipped to me until I call them with all the birth details of my baby. So...wth am I supposed to do having a baby and no pump?! I plan to pump exclusively and this REALLY throws a wrench in my plans.
Question ladies!! I have insurance that covers my obgyn visits and lab work but it does not cover ultrasounds nor the labor and delivery...what do y'all recommend I do, or what is out there that can help me(note I do not qualify for Medicaid as well 😞)
