Question ladies!! I have insurance that covers my obgyn visits and lab work but it does not cover ultrasounds nor the labor and delivery...what do y'all recommend I do, or what is out there that can help me(note I do not qualify for Medicaid as well 😞)

I qualified with my first as well lol bit as soon as I had him they took me off and I tried to apple before i was pregnant but they said no and when I finally got pregnant I went to this place called the healthy women's center and they helped me apply for Medicaid and I got approved within a week @momma_jessa2

I qualified for Medicade cus I still live at home with my parents and I'm a single mom. But I have a good friend that lied to get Medicade. She lied to get it and from that she revives food stamps and Medicade pays for get gas to go to the doctor it's worth a try. Just answer all the questions like If we're super poor lol

@analysahdz, so what did you do for the expenses for labor and delivery when you didn't qualify? (If you don't mind me asking) I will Forsure find out if I can qualify because now we are a family of four goin on five(me my husband my two kids and the one im expecting)
Honestly the best thing to do is lie labor and delivery is expensive. Say your not with your husband no more a lot of people lie
i live in tx and I didn't qualify before being pregnant for Medicaid only my son did because my husband made too much buy now that I'm expecting I qualified because his income is not enough for 4 people including medical expenses. call and find out ! @momma_jessa2

Yes i would just re apply all over's again, even if he made to much money i don't see why you wouldn't qualify. Before i was pregnant i never qualified for insurance except my son because i made to much but i added myself on because i was pregnant & they gave it to me.

I lived in Texas and never went through it, I know my sister was told not to put her husband but she claimed her self and the kids just ask is all yo u can do@momma_jessa2
I think it's based on tax info too at least I believe I had to fill that part out when I applied

You should apply for medicaid again for yourself & your kids. I automatically got it only cause im pregnant
Texas yes married you have to use their income I think they have sections for separated here

If you are married you have to list them any other relationship you don't

Well when I tried to renew Medicaid for my kids they told me that my husband made too much and I couldn't qualify. So I figured being pregnant I still wouldn't be able to. @hermommy

I'm not sure my husband is goin to find out all that info tomorrow at work to see if maybe he can add on or if he can get an individual plan. But as of right now I'm look for different options and back up plans if own thing doesn't work out. But yes I know I'm so stressed about this!😩 @hermommy

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing.
