I hate that they have to pass this test in order to go to the next grade my daughter never been held back now she being held back because of this test good grades but failed test so she has to repeat the 3rd grade
TWW!! 2dpo and on the tww journey. Anyone on the same dpo or close? Haven't decided if I will test at 12dpo or just wait and see if she shows up!!
So it's hard for me because my 16 year old past the test when she was in third grade and my niece passed it last year and now all my daughter's friends will be going to the third grade and she will be repeating and I don't want to send her back to the same school to be bullied because she has to repeat a grade and so I'm looking into other schools but see the thing is you teach her something she gets it then you go back to it and she like I don't know it so frustrating and she likes to wonder off so I'm scared to bus her because they lost her 2times on the bus and just the other day they let her walk home by herself I'm just in over my head please pray for me that I can find the right school and get an understanding of what to do

My 6 year old daughter is having a hard time in 1st grade. The teacher says she is behind grade level and suggest keeping her back a year. she is very smart but has a hard time focusing and remembering things she has learned. what should I do????

But as long as he is really good at reading and comperheson he will be OK my daughter is good at reading it's just her comperhesion of what she reads

Yeah they only take it in 3rd grade

@theycallmemommy yes it test all areas and it mostly to make sure they can survive in 4th grade and it should it's a state wide test

Yes I guess the test points out those facts but it forms a whole nother bullying problem

It's called the 3rd grade reading grantee test They have to pass to go to the 4th grade if they don't pass they have to be Held back

What kind of test is it? My oldest is in 2nd and never had to take a test.
