Cruz just woke up from his 11 o’clock feeding..witch he slept the whole way through but didn’t seem to pass a good poop because before he went down we fought the worst gas cramps for over an hour 😰😪 I can tell my son was in so much pain! Any advice to help him through this? He’s not constipated at all and I try to use gripe water sometimes but I feel it puts him in more pain than anything. He just goes stiff..legs straight out won’t bend them, literally screams if he’s put down, if try to put him over shoulders so he can stretch out, bouncing, rocking, or even walking around, I just kept trying all those things over and over. I do BF and have cut out foods that I could tell have bugged him? Ive read all over my let down so I’ve tried different positions BFeeding and the football seems comfortable for the both of us. I’m not a huge dairy eater so I cant imagine it to be the 2 scoops of ice cream I ate yesterday? I have personally been kinda gassy myself but I can’t remember it being something I ate to cause it? ( I was gassy even before the ice cream) I just figured I’m a gassy person lol Should I always blame myself for this? I just want to be able to help him and not have him go through this pain... I’m a first time mom so any advice helps!

I haven’t tried any other ones, but I know with the mylicon my doctor recomended putting it in every bottle. You could give it to him before each feeding since you breastfeed and see if it helps.
@starienite, yes but lastnight he wasn’t having it.. I tried to let him cry it out and Continue to pump his legs but he was screaming so bad I just had to pick him up.. I haven’t tried those yet.. I was reading about that Gerber brand drops I wonder if they’re the same? I’ll be going to target to clear the shelves on whatever I can lol
Have you tried mylicon drops? That is what I used with my son.
Try laying him down on his back and pumping his legs like he is riding a bike. Sometimes that helps. And rub his tummy.
