Question: So I pumped some milk last night and put it in the fridge all good right, well my mom warmed it up and gabe it to my son. No problem, my daughter's who's now a little over one will drink it from time to time. But like 10mins ago she saw it and took a drink she gagged she's never done that so I go and smell it.. it smells cheesy I then go to taste it.. ughh it was gross I also gagged. Disgusting!! Is the milk bad, maybe my mom let it sit out to long

Breast milk can sit out for up to 8hours room temperature.

I would say if it smells wrong to you then it may have been longer then you thought.

It hasn't even been 8 hrs, when I told my so to store maybe 2 hours at most. But I just now realized we had the room heater on..so maybe that spoiled it and not knowing I gave it to my son. I had an xtra bag I froze on the 21st I tasted it and perfectly fine. Think it spoiled while it was in the room with the heater. Hope it doesn't hurt my son's tummy, I feel so terrible.

@beemommyof3 it was about 2 hrs. My bf got home at 10 and I had him store it at 12am, but it was in the room with the heater on, not room temp. So it might of gone bad then. I just defrosted 6oz of milk from the 21st and tasted it fine..no funky smell. I guess it went bad in the heat. I feel so horrible!! If my daughter wouldn't of tried it i wouldn't of known I'll be tasting the milk from now on..

If you warm the milk in hot water then the freezer shouldn't phase it. I just warm mine in warm water

need suggestions.... So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.

So since Eliana just drinks almond milk now it's hard to take extra milk with us anywhere.. So I guess my question is,…

Last night we was at my sil house and she had two bottles and ran out so I had to run to the store and buy a whole thing of milk 🤦🏻 it would be sooo much easier if I could find some in little milk boxes!!

Breastfeeding moms: so I am planning on going on a 3 day vacation with my hubby & a bunch of friends to Catalina in May, (my baby won't be going with us) and I do not wanna be pumping and dumping every 2 hours out there.. so if I don't pump or breastfeed for 3-4 days, will my milk supply drop significantly? 😩😩 & I don't know how I'm gonna deal with the engorgement pain if I can't find time to pump out there.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
