I need to rant for a minute. So my fiance's grandma cut my daughter's hair when I let her watch her for 5 mins a while…

Why in the world would she call them on you?? I would definitely have issues with that. And the cutting of the hair. It isn't her place to do that. Especially without asking. And I dont know why your fiance would take up for at all in that situation honestly, grandma or not.

@twistedrenots he was taking up for his mom with co-sleeping with our daughter when he and her both knows I don't want anyone other then us doing that. Even though I don't want us doing it. Ill just perfer it to be with us only because of emotional support with sleeping. So she knows where to go if she has a bad dream and gets scared or something like that. His grandma called because she wants my daughter but after two visits they closed the case because my daughter is happy and healthy. She has everything she needs and more.

@mom_x3_x2bonuskids I don't have a relationship with my 'mom' anymore. I tried so hard to have one with her but she always chose dick, money, and weed over her kids so I finally said fuck this and started teaching myself how to do things like doing laundry, how to cook, ext. My aunt had to show me how to use a pad the first time I ever started a period when I was 9 years old because my 'mom' was worried about pleasing a guy so I know how it feels. I thought my mother in law could be kinda a mother figure to a point but she hates me because we had a different way of seeing things with kids for a explain I think it's respectful to ask someone if you can hold there baby. She thinks it's okay to grab the baby and hold them even if it's not yours as long as it's in the family. I don't really know his side of the family so I don't feel comfortable with them holding her whenever they want to. It's just every since I had her everyone wants to do everything there way and that's why I'm hardly telling anyone about this pregnancy.

They should not disrespect your wishes like that it teaches the child that they don’t have to listen to you

I’ve gone through many things with in laws family as well ! Got to bad to the point to where me and him broke up over it and she attacked me and I hit her back (btw I was 5 months Prego with my now 1 year old) and I got arrested because she is a complete liar then ever since we had our first daughter she said right in the delivery room hey we’re going to adopt a little girl like ! Excuse me seriously and since then has nothing but tried to control what we do with our kids but when he was small she completely cut everyone off and banned everyone from seeing or speaking to him !! Really just over that relationship. Honestly I say get out of the situation quickly. I went through hell she called CPS on me and tried to get my kids taken away for not letting them be around her and they took them away for a night and dropped case but she still got me a freaking record on my background and it’s hell . So get out while you can and get away from the toxicity. Sorry to rant and say a whole bunch of random things but this literally put me in the past with dealing with them. 🙄

@lost.sock.thief my daughter was only a month old! And I just found out about this! If I had her number I would say some shit tbh it's a good thing I don't. I'm beyond pissed at this point because not a damn person listens I'm ready to stop letting anyone watch her even if I'm only taking a shower because of this shit! Everyone tells me to get over it! Get over what? That fact that she tried to get my kid taken away because I didn't talk to her like she wanted and she always had a attitude so I left. That was her reasoning why she always had a attitude because I didn't talk to her!

@chanelbaby0307 tomorrow I'm going to try to get transferred from the job I had to here then I'm going to sign up for Medicaid once I get the job so I can take my daughter to her 6 month appointment that I had to switch over also then when me and my fiance start the jobs we're getting transferred with we're going to talk to this apartment place that charges by income about getting a apartment because I'm done with the shit!.

@mom_x3_x2bonuskids all he said is I don't want problems but in reality there's problems because me and his mother can't stand each other! I can't stand his side of the family because of there shit. Like his mom called me white trash because I said she was a Indian giver because she took shit away from my daughter that was given to her like clothes, wipes, diapers, and toys! And she calls my clothes trashy because I don't dress girly and high class! She doesn't listen when I tell her to let my daughter cry for a few mins it's not like I'm letting her cry all night. It's for a few mins because there's nothing wrong other then she wants to be held and she's tried and plus everyone is trying to eat a little bit. Some may not agree with this but I do sometimes depending on the situation that's going on. I got called a bad mom by his mom and grandma because I don't do the same things or the same ways they did with their kids. For a example I didn't give my daughter a bath everyday when we left the hospital because the hospital said not to. I was going by what professionals said and I'm not giving her one everyday right now because it's cold and I don't want her sick again! There's hardly any medicine you can give a 5 month old that actually works.

Yeah I think that would be best get your own place and get away from it. I don’t understand why people are the way they are but just keep your distance for the time being just kill them with kindness ask them to please not do something you don’t want them to, and talk with your fiancé and tell him how you feel and you and the baby are his immediate family now . I forgave my in law with what she did but I still don’t trust her and we won’t ever have the same relationship we used to have. I also didn’t have my dad nor mother in my life so I understand looking for someone to replace that hole you have but nobody will fill that hole only you can forgive and move past it, and raise those babies up how you weren’t, what you missed, what you didn’t have .

@chanelbaby0307 when I tell them not to they question it like it's up for discussion. When I bring it up to him he said he doesn't want any problems but there's problems already. His family can't stand me and I can't stand them. They act like if your not rich and don't dress and act like them your trash which isn't true.

@kiaraherbert24 he was taking up for his mom.but still wont say anything to his grandma about it which pissed me off more. I understand he doesn't want problems but he has to realize that he has a kid and another on the way so he had to be a man and say something. I told him that when it comes to his family he gets to say shit and when it's my family l say shit so their won't be anyone saying your picking him/her over your family.

@lifegrowsinside, I definitely understand same thing my fiancé used to say until he started realizing for himself. Do they watch them while your at work ? Is daycare out of the question? Just to slowly but surely get them away. So their uptight? Some people need help seriously. I raised myself so I felt the same way about my inlaws they acted like they were on top of everyone best of everything until reality hit them which i think it was karma for making their comments and their ways of treating people but we were raised with respect so we see differently some people don’t. That’s all that is. Just stay cordial and keep it going it’s only a little while longer to get where you want to be.

@chanelbaby0307 I wear band merch and dark clothing because that's what I feel comfortable in and tbh it's not cheap. For one shirt it's around $22-$30. But I haven't bought hardly anything for myself recently so I wear all my older shirts but they are still in good condition and his mom said it's trash and not valuable. If we had enough for a apartment, diapers, wipes, clothes, ect baby items, household stuff, phone bills, and car insurance with daycare I would. We try to work different times but sometimes it doesn't work out that way and I really hate it because I hate letting others watch my daughter and I know it's going to be even harder with my daughter and our other kids that will be a newborn. We don't have/ getting transferred great jobs but it's enough for our kids to have everything they need and his mom goes and brags that she's gets $40/ hour and says we're not trying! I work even though I feel like shit, being nausea and weak so my kids will have everything they need.

Ugh her and my in law sounds like their related lmao ! Jeez she tried that with me by saying oh no don’t wear that and would buy me stuff and she stopped after I never wore it and just sold it all or gave it away lol now she wants to borrow my clothes she try’s acting young she is like a plastic doll walking surgery in her butt boobs everywhere 🙄🙄 so annoying . Is there anyway for you to be a stay at home mom ? Your putting a lot of stress on your self . Maybe a PT job work from home job.... poor thing I hope this gets better for you. @chanelbaby0307 honestly I would love to work from home but most things I see you have to put money in to get money. I'm not sure how to start a job like that anyway. If I knew how and didn't have to put money into first I so would.

@lifegrowsinside, I work with scentsy and it’s okay but I don’t have much of a circle to be able to be great with it, I absolutely love the company but I’m not exactly successful with it lol others I know hit up to 5k in it which is awesome but I also work with Instacart amazon flex. Instacart you can’t really have the babies but amazon flex they are more flexible . Check them out when you get the chance. I really do hope you get this fixed .

I would refuse to let her be alone with my child after this.
