So irritated my deadbeat ex husband has missed 2 months of child support because he can’t hold a f*+#ing job. Really wish I could with hold my kid from going to his house his weekend. Unfortunately that’s not the case. So I’ll be making a call to the child support division today.

My sons father chose drugs & his friends over my son & I. I wanna do things the right way to support & take care of my son because he wont do it so why is it so wrong to get his ass for child support?

I need some help/knowledge on child support and taxes?! Her father pays child support monthly.. My daughter lives with me, I haven't filed my taxes yet. I'm planning on doing it this weekend. My ex just texted me and said - "Hey my dad is doing my taxes for me and he needs ur social security number n your full name, cause I need to claim back some of the taxes from the child support. And he said u can still claim Mia it won't affect it he already asked the tax people. So if u can send it over that be great thanks." However, when I googled it...I found out child support is outside of taxes. I FEEL like he's lying to me to try to get my social so he can claim our daughter. Anyone know?!
Does anyone know how child support work? If my baby doesn't have his last name does that mesn i can't file child support??

lol my ex owes me 10 grand in child support i gave up lol i got supervised visits suspended until he decides to pay me or i told him to sign his rights over

@victoriamichelle1418, It’s not like I get that much in child support anyways. My ex only pays $47 and some change every two weeks which doesn’t even equal $100 a month. So I’m at that point where if he wants to sign over rights perfect I’ll take the kid you don’t pay me child support you don’t get to see him

@gypsymomma, mine actually just agreed to sign his over thank god i don't want his month idgaf lol i'm starting a new family and i'm happy. I'd rather live under a rock then take anything from him. me and you are strong fuck them !!!! we got this we will do anything for our kiddos
