So upset, my daughter hasn’t been to the doctor since her 2 week appointment because of insurance....now we are finally approved for insurance but didn’t get the cards in the mail yet. Been on hold for almost an hour trying to get my access insurance card number because her doctor appointment is in 40 minutes and no one is answering... I’m going to have to reschedule again!
Ladies I called my insurance about breast pump and they said with their insurance in order to get a pump I get a prescription from doctor then I call 3 different numbers to see what my insurance covers but the only thing is I have to wait til baby is born to call and get pump so I want to at least buy a hand pump which do you ladies recommend for hand pump and when I can get a pump from insurance please n thank you 💖💖
Doctor denied birth control,now I'm pregnant! I called my doctor to refill my prescription and they said I would need to make an appointment, okay so I try to make an appointment but they no longer take my insurance since I'm no longer pregnant.
33 weeks 4 days today !! Had my appointment today for biophysical profile, and growth scan. At 28 weeks, she was in the 31 percentile, weighing 2 pounds and 1 ounce. Now she is in the 17th percentile, weighing 3 pounds and 1 ounce. I don't understand what I'm doing so wrong. 😢 my doctor will make me deliver if it drops to 10 or less, as she would be better out than in. Im 33 weeks 4 days, but my uterus is only measuring 31 weeks. Her heart rate was 132 today, her reflexes were great, she's a mover, her breathing movements were good, she had a few in a 30 minute period, they like to see atleast one in that timeframe. Also, my fluid level was at a 17, 10 to 25 is normal and she is head down in the birthing position. When we first started, she wasn't moving at all because she is stubborn like that, I swear she knows when she is getting an ultrasound and absolutely hates it. So the tech gave me two soft peppermints to get her to move , sure enough about 15 minutes later she was all over the place, first things first, her hands playing with her feet in front of her face just like last time. Lol she is something else, she must've liked the taste of the peppermint because not only did it get her to moving, but we could see her doing sucking motions with her mouth and sticking her tongue out. I love my silly girl, I actually have an ultrasound picture of that moment that I'm gonna share! My appointments are weekly now and im being monitored closely. I'm not sure what she scored on her BPP today, because my doctor was tied up with a delivery, so we will go over everything next Thursday following next weeks ultrasound as well as this one. I've been so down all day today.. sigh...
My heart is so heavy writing this..Today at my 20 week appointment the doctor said her heart stopped beating.I made it so far and we wanted her so bad..Im just lost😢😢😭😭.Now Im being induced to deliver my sleeping angel.
Insurance, what the fack Babes has medical, I have her MA card that's the only card I recieved in the mail. I go to pick up her perception and add her card, gets declined because evidently she's on bcbs now but never got the card. Now I'm being billed for her doctor's visits and hospital bill from birth. What the actual fack. I refuse to pay these bills when she was on insurance right after. And aren't they supposed to be covered under you or???

Most doctors will still allow you to go in they say you will be billed but you can give them your insurance info after and they will send it to them. I’ve had insurance mess up on me a few times and most places are pretty understanding!

Give them her social and the insurance and they can look it up on line if they’re a provider of that insurance. I worked in billing at an emergency room/eye care center and if people didn’t bring in their insurance, I had to see if it was active. We didn’t reschedule for something that takes 30 seconds or less. Some secretaries are so fucking lazy and don’t want to help anyone out.

@mommy_x3, @fasciamom, I was on hold for an hour trying to get the card number. 45 minutes in I rescheduled her doctor app and then the people finally took me off hold and gave me the number... then right after I got the number the cards got delivered in the mail 🙃🙃🙃🙃 I’m over today

Most insurance companies give you the option to print out your ID card if you haven't received it in the mail yet. I actually just printed out mine. You just have to make an account online.

@vbaroni916, ya it’s welfare insurance so I was on hold forever but I got the cards and her appointment is rescheduled for Friday 🙂
