My hubby has been through a lot this year. A broken hand, losing his grandma, working hard to support me and our daughter to be. I’m usually pretty tight with our money and most of time refuse to buy anything I deem not practical for us in the future but this Xmas I just want him to know I appreciate his efforts and mama can splurge every now and then so this year I broke down and bought him a gift from Fiona and I. it’s a $230 toy RC car he’s been begging for along with $100 more worth of stuff to upgrade it. I know he’s gonna love it and honestly he deserves it. He has no idea and I can’t wait to surprise him.
Awe good for you!! I let my husband buy himself his presents this year and he let me pick mine too. So mama got a new wallet and a pair of gold earrings and dad got 1:6 scale toys! 😂
@believeinbuddha, lol men’s idea of gifts 😂 I actually started blogging and bought myself my web address and hosting for about $130 and I felt bad cause I always say no to his hobbies “RC” cause it’s so expensive but I’m no hypocrite so I asked him for $130 for bills and put it towards his present lol fair and fair ☺️
It's great to do it now since it may be harder to do something like this once she is here ♡ last year I got nikk a new motorcycle it was more a father's day gift but so happened to also fall on Xmas ($1,200 later 🙄) I'm sure he will really appreciate it and love it ♡
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
@itsamemario, you deleted your post before I could hit send but this is my comment: I don’t know if this answers your question but this is my answer. My son is 7 and he knows race and color. Why? Because he himself comes from a family that is multi racial and because he has already experienced racism. I also believe as his mother it’s my job to teach him color and the cold hard truth about society. He knows what’s going on in this world. I’d be hurting him if I allowed him to blindly walk outside without this information. Children of color are being targeted and killed too. It’s not just adults. I let my son know we treat everyone equally and with respect. I let him know that we love everyone for their differences. In every aspect. Color, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual preference we love everyone.
So, our downstairs neighbors have been banging on the ceiling every time our son walks. It scares him every time because it’s loud and he can feel it. I’m about over it. He’s TWO. He’s learning how to walk quietly but it’s hard for him. After about the 10th bang, I usually just put him in his high chair or his room. But I shouldn’t have to trap my kid in his own house bc of rude grown adults.
Question. I just left my husband for cheating and now hes been harassing me. Hes threatening to come get our son. I dont care if he sees his son but I'm not comfortable with him leaving with him bc hes never taken care of him a day In his life and he might use him against me. Am I wrong for feeling this way??
