I'm getting cramps and I'm feeling it in my back. Not sure if this is normal...

It is! I started getting cramping in my back around 20 Weeks. My doctor says it’s just a reaction from all the extra weight pulling down in the front and is nothing to worry about unless there’s active contractions, or bleeding involved!
