How do you deal with the whole stuffy nose while you sleep... while pregnant.... I’m going nuts

Tonight I can barley even swallow my throat hurts so bad but I don't want to take it again, so just gonna try to sleep with my mouth open again, dryer lips here we come. I feel like benadryl makes my little guy super sleepy too 😑

@samlag3689, Any humidifier should work. I’ve had a major stuffy nose lately and that’s what helps me sleep at night.

I also prop my head up
