If my son's father told me "he wants to give up his rights" and said that "I should have aborted him" mind you his gf is saying these things too. If. It so happens that he wants to come back into my sons life would i be wrong for not letting him after all the horrible and disrespectful things he said about my baby?????

Ok, just asking cause today his mom called me talking about she talked to him, mind you she hasn't talked to him in months because of all the horrible things him and his gf said about Logan and all the shitty choices he's been making. She said he never once asked to see how logan has been, but i have a feeling that he is going to try to pop up again and be in my baby's life and i refuse to have him and his gf around Logan.
I agree, screw him!! Also, if he thinks that “giving up his rights” is going to get him out of child support, he’s wrong! I would let him give up his rights first, no sense in telling him that he is legally required to support his child. Some men are terrible! Keep your head up mama, your doing a great job!!!
