10/12/17 at 8:00 p.m my baby girl was born at 6.5lbs 38 weeks. I was instructed to be induced on the 11th because her measurements were showing she was now below the 3rd percentile as for weight they said she was 5.5lbs. None of it was true when she was born and everyone quickly questioned my team of doctors who were adamant on inducing early. I was in labor for 36 hours and pushed for an hour. After she was born we found out I had a retained placenta. The woman who delivered my baby decided to fist me with her entire forearm to reach up into my utuerus over and over and over again. Ive never felt so much pain my entire life. She gave up and had me do a D&C which I was knocked out for. This enitre ordeal was the worst expierence ive ever gone through and has scared me out of pregnancies for the future. My little girl is a blessing and is thriving. She looks identical to her dad which I love. I hope others have more of a positive birthing process.
