My lunch consisted of a Turkey sandwich with a side of grapes and strawberries with a water. I’ve already lost around 25 pounds since having my baby. How? I have no earthly idea lol. Breastfeeding has helped a lot, I don’t work out I just clean house all day and eat fruit and veggies as a snack. And drink lots of water. Went from 259 pre pregnancy and after having my little one 236. During pregnancy I only gained 9 pounds. Healthy eating has done a lot for me. 😁 I’m so proud of myself. And my SO too he’s right with me eating healthy.
