So I went to the hospital because my stomach was cramping hard when I walked and then when I sat down I was having a lot of contractions down below.... turns out I’m not even dilated or thinned out... these have been Braxton hix contractions that have been going on for 5 hours now 😩 the doctors make me feel stupid for coming in for nothing but I don’t know what labor or contractions feel like so I freaked out a little

I didn’t even know I was having contractions or was in pre-labor until I went to the hospital when I peed myself but wanted to make sure it wasn’t my water. I felt fine until baby’s pressured dropped and then the real pain started. Some people never know when they’re In labor,others do so don’t freak out,you’ll be fine! 🤷🏼♀️

@carolinepinheiro, ya Every little thing worries because last time I was pregnant I didn’t know I was labor, I was 7cm and having contractions it felt nothing, I’m just glad I had an appointment at that time

When I went into real labor with my son I deffenatly could tell a difference it was really really bad pain as where my Braxton hicks they just make my stomach really tight were it's hard to breath sometimes

@familyislife121417, ya that’s what I thought too. I didn’t know that Braxton hix contractions caused pain really, but I was having really bad cramping (maybe I’m a wuss with pain... lord help me 😂) but it was so uncomfortable and I was in pain every couple minutes when a contraction hit. and im still having pain in my stomach but apparently everything is fine which I’m happy about
