Good morning ladies. Sorry I been ignoring yall but I have been so miserable the past days I'M STILL PREGNANT my contractions would be strong for hours and it looked like I was gonna have a baby then everything just stopped so I got sent home. they said I have to wait till my appointment Wednesday so I can talk to my doctor about the next step. I HATE THIS 😢😢😩

Try walking some stairs, the day I had my baby, they sent me to walk because I was only 3cm and they didnt wanna keep me until I was like 5 or 6.. So I went for a walk came back and nothing, I was still 3 so then they got my discharge papers and I was mad, my induction was the next day and they didnt wanna go ahead and keep me so I told her I was taking another walk and I did stairs and it worked, 4cm! Try going up and down some.stairs, but go hard at them! Power walk them up and stomp the ground when you going down them lol
