I'm so f****** upset and stressed out that I know won't be able to sleep tonight I can always take a Benadryl but I'm afraid to.

Drink one chamomile tea. Only add lemon or honey. You are in you last trimester so it's ok. I wouldn't want to take any pills since you're pregnant.

You should take tylenol pm and benadryl is safe hun I just wouldnt take it a lot :) you dont want to end up dependent on it :)
