Refused every other bottle...i bought tons and did so much research

My son has been chewing on his bottle barely taking his bottle and I don't breast feed but I am expecting again .. is this why he's acting like that ? Or just teething ?

If the babies tongue tied they will have issues taking the breast. Another thing is babies can be articulate and prefer specific things, if you have too much or too little milk coming out they won't drink. My daughter would only take lansinoh bottles because they were similar to the breast. Sometimes it could just be the nipple itself. Even if they say they're slow flow it's not always true. Sometimes you have to try several kinds to find the babies perfect match. If you want to keep the milk from drying up you could hand express or use a breast pump each time the baby is supposed to drink. You could also take Mothers Milk which is a type of tea or fenugreek which is a pill and these both are safe and help boost milk supply. :)

@jessicartoomer97 it's very possibly he could be teething or he could just not be hungry or playing. It's hard to say, but if he is taking milk I wouldn't worry too much about it. Sometimes babies like to feed longer others like to take multiple naps and multiple spaced out feeds. Each kid is different, if he doesn't finish a bottle wait a bit and then try again. Sometimes they just don't want to take a lot and other times they act like you never feed them but they ate/drank everything in sight.

Try just giving a sippy cup. My son skipped the bottle. He went from boob to sippy at 8 months
